WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
Returns
If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, you can return it to us
for free within 28 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories.
Items bought as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund:
All sex toys, where the packaging/box has been opened or the security seal removed or broken, unless the item has been returned to us and on inspection is found to be damaged or faulty;
Lingerie, which has been worn, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed; Hosiery, which has been worn or where the seal is broken; Items purchased as part of a set or promotion, but which have been returned separately or as an incomplete set; Face coverings, due to hygiene reasons.
RETURNS COST
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will only provide a free shipping label (UK customers) or reimburse shipping cost for damaged, faulty products or if any error has occurred in our part.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS IN THE UK?
Visit the Returns Form to begin your return process.
Our returns period for UK orders is within 14 days of receipt. Please note that orders that have passed the returns date can only be issued a credit note.
Customers are required to return items at their own cost, unless an error has occurred at our end i.e. if the product is damaged or faulty, we will then provide a free returns label.
Please ensure you keep your proof of postage for your own records, we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY?

When the return has been approved, you will receive simple instructions on how to return the item.
International customers are required to return items at their own cost unless an error has occurred at our end (i.e. if the product is faulty) within 28 days of receipt.
Please remember to ask your postal service for the proof of posting certificate and tracking number and keep it safe forour reference, as we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
When filling in the customs label or paperwork, please ensure it is marked as returned goods. If it is not marked as returned goods, then you will be liable for the customs/duty charges that we would have to pay in order to receive the package.
Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging.
Please allow 5-10 days for the items to be returned to us and another 3-5 days for us to process the exchange/refund.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
WHO WILL SHIP MY ORDER?
International orders will be handled by various couriers including DHL, UPS, DPD, Landmark and more. Shipping fees may vary from country to country. (Free shipping is no longer available for Iternational orders).
We use Royal Mail for UK domestic orders.
All orders are sent by a service with tracking & confirmation of delivery. The level of detail of tracking varies from country to country.
Free UK (only) shipping on order over £50
UK Shipping is £4 on orders below £50
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will normally dispatch within 3 working days. Depending on stock location this can take 6 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked orders to mainland UK should arrive within 2-4 working days from shipping date.
Special Delivery orders to mainland UK should arrive before 11am, 1-2 days from shipping date.
International orders will normally arrive within 7-18 days. When ordering from outside the UK, you may be liable for customs charges (see below). Your order may be also subject to inspection in customs which can sometimes cause delay.
In the event of strike action, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of Special Delivery packages. They will be delivered the next working day after normal service resumes.
Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for each product are estimates and your order could take less or more time than this to arrive.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders/items can be cancelled at any time.
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY?
Customers outside the United Kingdom may be liable for any import duty, customs fees, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. We are unable to predict the cost of this as it can vary in different countries.
